Brücken bauen statt Druck erzeugen
Schulabsentismus hat viele Gesichter. Wenn Schule zum „Raum des Schreckens“ wird und Kinder sich entziehen, fühlen sich Eltern und Pädagog:innen oft hilflos. Doch was steckt hinter diesem Rückzug und wie können wir dem konstruktiv begegnen?
In diesem kompakten 2-stündigen Impuls-Workshop betrachten wir Schulabsentismus nicht als Fehlverhalten, das es zu „disziplinieren“ gilt, sondern als Signal für Überforderung oder Angst. Wir lösen uns von klassischen Machtkämpfen und erarbeiten stattdessen Ansätze, die auf Sicherheit, Bindung und systemischer Kooperation basieren. Ziel ist es, festgefahrene Situationen aufzubrechen und die Handlungsfähigkeit aller Beteiligten wiederherzustellen.
Methoden:
Theoretische Impulse zur Familiendynamik, Reflexion der eigenen Elternrolle, Austausch über Bewältigungsstrategien.
Inhalte:
- Signale lesen: Ursachen verstehen – Warum wird die Schule zum Meidungsort?
- Beziehung als Anker: Wie wir durch zugewandte Präsenz den Kontakt halten, auch wenn der Rückzug groß ist.
- Frühwarnsysteme: Überlastung erkennen, bevor der totale Abbruch erfolgt (Prävention).
- Das Helfer-Netzwerk: Wie Elternhaus und Schule als Team agieren, um den Druck vom Kind zu nehmen („Wir-Stimme“).

Course Participants
You can register for all events by phone, in writing, by email, or in person. Each registration is binding and will be recorded as a reservation.
Certificate of Participation
You will receive your written certificate of participation immediately after the course. Please note that 75% attendance is required for this.
Cancellation Conditions
Please note the cancellation conditions for courses and seminars:
- Free up to 1 week before the start of the event
- 7-2 days before the start of the event 50%
- On the day before and on the day of the event 100% of the course fee.
Reservation of Changes
Our event program is planned long-term. Organizationally necessary deviations between the announcement and execution or changes (even short-term) serving quality improvement regarding event content, days, and dates as well as speakers do not entitle participants to claim damages.
Prices
We calculate our prices tightly. Therefore, please expect a price adjustment at the turn of the year. The course fee will be charged approximately two weeks before the start of the seminar. Material costs will be collected in cash directly by the lecturers.
Consent to Data Processing
By registering for an event, consent is given for the automated processing of data. Furthermore, participants agree that name and contact details will be transmitted to persons entrusted with the administration of the event and to facilitate communication with the organization of the event. In principle, all personal information is treated strictly confidentially and not passed on to third parties.
Liability
The Bildungshaus Sankt Magdalena assumes no liability for theft or damage to items brought by customers or visitors into rooms, seminar rooms, and publicly accessible areas. It is not permitted to attach or set up decorative material or other technical items in the premises without consent. If the Bildungshaus Sankt Magdalena incurs damages as a result, the customer, regardless of who carried out these works, must compensate for this damage.
General
If individual provisions of the agreement become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining agreement is not affected.
