Gemeinsam getrennt – Orientierung und Stabilität für Eltern und Kinder
Eine Trennung ist für die gesamte Familie eine emotionale Ausnahmesituation. Während der Fokus oft nur auf dem Wohl der Kinder liegt, geraten die Eltern und ihre eigene Belastungssituation leicht aus dem Blick. Doch nur wer als Elternteil selbst stabil ist, kann seinem Kind in stürmischen Zeiten Halt geben.
In diesem 2-stündigen Impuls-Workshop beleuchten wir die Dynamiken nach einer Trennung aus beiden Perspektiven. Wir schauen darauf, wie Eltern den Spagat zwischen eigener emotionaler Bewältigung und der Verantwortung für das Kind meistern können. Ziel ist es, Wege aus der Überforderung zu finden und Strategien zu entwickeln, die sowohl die elterliche Selbstfürsorge als auch die Sicherheit des Kindes stärken.
Inhalte:
- Selbstfürsorge als Basis: Warum die eigene Stabilität der Eltern die wichtigste Ressource für das Kind ist.
- Emotionale Präsenz trotz Krise: Wie Eltern für das Kind erreichbar bleiben, während sie selbst einen Neuanfang bewältigen.
- Vom Paar- zum Eltern-Team: Wege zu einer sachlichen Kooperation, die den emotionalen Druck von allen Beteiligten nimmt.
- Balance finden: Den Alltag zwischen zwei Haushalten so gestalten, dass er für Eltern lebbar und für Kinder verlässlich ist.

Course Participants
You can register for all events by phone, in writing, by email, or in person. Each registration is binding and will be recorded as a reservation.
Certificate of Participation
You will receive your written certificate of participation immediately after the course. Please note that 75% attendance is required for this.
Cancellation Conditions
Please note the cancellation conditions for courses and seminars:
- Free up to 1 week before the start of the event
- 7-2 days before the start of the event 50%
- On the day before and on the day of the event 100% of the course fee.
Reservation of Changes
Our event program is planned long-term. Organizationally necessary deviations between the announcement and execution or changes (even short-term) serving quality improvement regarding event content, days, and dates as well as speakers do not entitle participants to claim damages.
Prices
We calculate our prices tightly. Therefore, please expect a price adjustment at the turn of the year. The course fee will be charged approximately two weeks before the start of the seminar. Material costs will be collected in cash directly by the lecturers.
Consent to Data Processing
By registering for an event, consent is given for the automated processing of data. Furthermore, participants agree that name and contact details will be transmitted to persons entrusted with the administration of the event and to facilitate communication with the organization of the event. In principle, all personal information is treated strictly confidentially and not passed on to third parties.
Liability
The Bildungshaus Sankt Magdalena assumes no liability for theft or damage to items brought by customers or visitors into rooms, seminar rooms, and publicly accessible areas. It is not permitted to attach or set up decorative material or other technical items in the premises without consent. If the Bildungshaus Sankt Magdalena incurs damages as a result, the customer, regardless of who carried out these works, must compensate for this damage.
General
If individual provisions of the agreement become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining agreement is not affected.
