Klangvoller Stressabbau mit Stimmgabeln
Die Welt der Klänge – harmonisierende Schwingungen und die Klangarbeit – eröffnet uns vielfältige Möglichkeiten, zur Ruhe zu kommen und tief zu entspannen. Stimmgabeln sind eine Besonderheit in der Klangarbeit. Sie berühren uns mit einer ganz bestimmten Frequenz und bringen uns in die ursprüngliche, natürliche und gesunde Ordnung. Sie sind ein sanfter, wirkungsvoller Weg zum Stressabbau, innerer Balance und ganzheitlichem Wohlbefinden.
In diesem Seminar erleben Sie die wohltuende Wirkung von Stimmgabeln am eigenen Körper und erhalten praxisnahe Anleitungen zur Anwendung im Alltag.
Sie lernen verschiedene Techniken kennen, mit denen Sie tief entspannen und innere Harmonien finden können. Es wird auch ein spezifisches Frequenzkonzept – die Solfeggio-Frequenzen, die seit Jahrhunderten als besonders wirkungsvoll für Körper, Geist und Seele gelten - vorgestellt. Abgerundet wird der Abend mit einer geführten Klangmeditation begleitet mit Klangschalen.

- Einführung in die Grundlagen und Wirkungsweise von Stimmgabeln
- Praktisches Üben: Wie halte, aktiviere und verwende ich Stimmgabeln richtig?
- Selbstanwendung im Alltag – einfache Übungen zur Entspannung und Stressbewältigung
- Überblick über ein spezielles Frequenzsystem (Solfeggio-Frequenzen)
- Klangmeditation mit Klangschalen

You can register for all events by phone, in writing, by email, or in person. Each registration is binding and will be recorded as a reservation.
Certificate of Participation
You will receive your written certificate of participation immediately after the course. Please note that 75% attendance is required for this.
Cancellation Conditions
Please note the cancellation conditions for courses and seminars:
- Free up to 1 week before the start of the event
- 7-2 days before the start of the event 50%
- On the day before and on the day of the event 100% of the course fee.
Reservation of Changes
Our event program is planned long-term. Organizationally necessary deviations between the announcement and execution or changes (even short-term) serving quality improvement regarding event content, days, and dates as well as speakers do not entitle participants to claim damages.
Prices
We calculate our prices tightly. Therefore, please expect a price adjustment at the turn of the year. The course fee will be charged approximately two weeks before the start of the seminar. Material costs will be collected in cash directly by the lecturers.
Consent to Data Processing
By registering for an event, consent is given for the automated processing of data. Furthermore, participants agree that name and contact details will be transmitted to persons entrusted with the administration of the event and to facilitate communication with the organization of the event. In principle, all personal information is treated strictly confidentially and not passed on to third parties.
Liability
The Bildungshaus Sankt Magdalena assumes no liability for theft or damage to items brought by customers or visitors into rooms, seminar rooms, and publicly accessible areas. It is not permitted to attach or set up decorative material or other technical items in the premises without consent. If the Bildungshaus Sankt Magdalena incurs damages as a result, the customer, regardless of who carried out these works, must compensate for this damage.
General
If individual provisions of the agreement become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining agreement is not affected.
