Atmen zum Thema Wasser
In dieser Atemsession widmen wir uns dem Element WASSER.
Gemeinsam tauchen wir in die Tiefen unseres Seins ein.

Wasser steht für Bewegung und Hingabe.
Es ist sanft und zugleich unaufhaltsam kraftvoll.
Es findet immer seinen Weg – immer.
Wasser symbolisiert Gefühle, Intuition, Reinigung und Erneuerung.
Es verbindet, umhüllt und durchdringt alles Lebendige –
in der Natur ebenso wie in der Atemerfahrung.
- Im verbundenen Atem dürfen wir uns dem Lebensfluss hingeben.
- Wir können zulassen, was vielleicht lange zurückgehalten wurde.
- Wo stockt unser innerer Fluss?
- Wo halten wir Emotionen fest?
- Was möchte in uns wieder ins Fließen kommen?
Das Element Wasser lädt uns ein, weich zu werden –
durchlässig und ehrlich, vor allem uns selbst gegenüber.
- Vielleicht dürfen Tränen fließen.
- Vielleicht darf sich Altes lösen.
- Vielleicht darf aus Anspannung Vertrauen werden.
Im Atemprozess können wir erfahren, wie es ist,
vom Rhythmus unseres eigenen Atems getragen zu sein –
wie von sanften Wellen.
Der Atem ist Quelle des Lebens.
Wir atmen nicht nur Sauerstoff ein –
wir atmen das Leben ein.

Course Participants
You can register for all events by phone, in writing, by email, or in person. Each registration is binding and will be recorded as a reservation.
Certificate of Participation
You will receive your written certificate of participation immediately after the course. Please note that 75% attendance is required for this.
Cancellation Conditions
Please note the cancellation conditions for courses and seminars:
- Free up to 1 week before the start of the event
- 7-2 days before the start of the event 50%
- On the day before and on the day of the event 100% of the course fee.
Reservation of Changes
Our event program is planned long-term. Organizationally necessary deviations between the announcement and execution or changes (even short-term) serving quality improvement regarding event content, days, and dates as well as speakers do not entitle participants to claim damages.
Prices
We calculate our prices tightly. Therefore, please expect a price adjustment at the turn of the year. The course fee will be charged approximately two weeks before the start of the seminar. Material costs will be collected in cash directly by the lecturers.
Consent to Data Processing
By registering for an event, consent is given for the automated processing of data. Furthermore, participants agree that name and contact details will be transmitted to persons entrusted with the administration of the event and to facilitate communication with the organization of the event. In principle, all personal information is treated strictly confidentially and not passed on to third parties.
Liability
The Bildungshaus Sankt Magdalena assumes no liability for theft or damage to items brought by customers or visitors into rooms, seminar rooms, and publicly accessible areas. It is not permitted to attach or set up decorative material or other technical items in the premises without consent. If the Bildungshaus Sankt Magdalena incurs damages as a result, the customer, regardless of who carried out these works, must compensate for this damage.
General
If individual provisions of the agreement become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining agreement is not affected.
