Our house has two wheelchair-accessible hotel rooms. A barrier-free parking space is available close to the main entrance/reception. Since our house is located on a hillside, the house extends over 5 floors, which are connected by two elevators - for structural reasons, one floor can only be reached when accompanied by employees.
Please let us know about your needs when booking!
When you arrive, you can move into your hotel room from 1 p.m. On the day of departure, the room is available until 9:00 a.m. After consulting reception, you can arrange your late check-out for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Our luggage-room is available at any time to temporarily store your luggage!
On weekends, the reception is only open on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you arrive on Saturdays after 12:00 p.m. or on Sundays, please ask for your key code from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

There is a public filling station for electric cars with 6 stations on our parking facility. It is located at the lower parking lot. Since this is a public gas station, we ask for your understanding that it is not possible to reserve a charging station in advance.
You are welcome to request individual vouchers from us. Vouchers for a hotel stay or for participation in a seminar - be it for a specific course or freely selectable from the course program - are popular gift ideas!
Dogs are welcome in Sankt Magdalena, but are only allowed in the hotel rooms. We reserve the right to charge a fee of €18 per dog per night. We also ask for your understanding that it is not permitted to bring your four-legged friend into the seminar rooms, the restaurant or the cafeteria.
We will be happy to charge your hotel stay to a company address. Please inform us as soon as possible, ideally when booking, who will be the recipient of your hotel bill.
Our dishes at the buffet and at the break table have detailed allergen labeling. Our kitchen team will be happy to advise you. If necessary, our kitchen team will prepare suitable dishes for you separately. Please indicate your intolerances or special diets (e.g. veganism) when booking!
There are sufficient parking spaces (open spaces) available for our seminar and hotel guests. These can be used free of charge. If you are a speaker at a seminar, you can use the speaker parking spaces near the entrance and transport your seminar materials within a short distance.
Our cafeteria is open Monday-Friday until 10 p.m. (July and August until 9 p.m.). Feel free to enjoy cold and hot drinks as well as various snacks.We would be happy to also inform you about restaurants nearby!
The reception is staffed until 5.30 p.m. If you arrive later your room card will be placed in a labeled envelope at the reception desk - the front door is open until 10 p.m.
If you arrive after 10 p.m., please ask in advance for the code to our key safe in front of the house. We will be happy to leave your room card there, which can also be used to open the front door.
You can get the key code at the reception at opening hours.
The WiFi is available free of charge during your stay. Feel free to use it.
