Check-in information

Reception opening hours:

  • Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
  • Sunday and Public holidays as required

For guests arriving on Monday-Friday between 5:30 and 10:00 p.m., room cards and all check-in information will be left in an envelope (labelled with name) on the reception counter.

For arrivals on Monday-Friday after 10:00 p.m. as well as on weekends the room cards will be left in the key safe (outside, right next to the entrance). In this case, we would ask for prior notice (rezeptionsanktmagdalenaat or +43 732 253041-0).
