Seminar catering
Meals for our seminar and hotel guests are always freshly prepared in our restaurant. When buying goods, we attach particular importance to regional and seasonal products.
- Substantial breakfast buffet
- Lunch buffet (soup, salad buffet, 3 main course options, dessert)
- Evening buffet (salad buffet, 2 main course options, dessert)
- Buffets always include a vegetarian option
- Naturally, we endeavour to meet the food intolerance and allergy needs of our guests.
- Morning and afternoon seminar breaks: Fairtrade coffee, Bergkräuter organic tea, mineral water, Grander water, freshly pressed fruit juice with no added sugar, aronia juice, nuts and vitamin basket, savoury snacks (mornings) and sweet snacks (afternoons).
