b) Event Registration
For online registrations for seminars or events, we process personal data (name, title, address, contact details, if applicable, profession and organization) for the processing of the registration, execution, and follow-up of the event.
If necessary, the data will be transmitted to cooperation partners, speakers, or trainers to ensure smooth event processing. Photos and videos taken during events may be published in our media (website, print materials, social media) for documentation and public relations purposes, unless an objection is made.
c) Hotel Bookings
For hotel room bookings, we use an external booking system from CASABLANCA hotel software GmbH, Öde 32, 6491 Schönwies, Austria. When using the plugin, personal data is transmitted directly to Casablanca and processed there. Casablanca acts as its own data protection controller. d) Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this, we need your email address and your name.
Registration is done without double opt-in. The newsletter is sent via email through our internal system.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time – via the unsubscribe link in each email or by notifying office@~@sanktmagdalena.at.
After unsubscribing, your data will be deleted immediately, unless there is another legal basis for retention.
